Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund period for all rankd subscription purchases, starting from the date the payment is processed. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within this 14-day window.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, please contact us:

Email: support@voiddo.com with the subject "Refund Request" and the email address used for the purchase.
Paddle customer portal: the receipt email you received from Paddle includes a direct link to manage your subscription and request a refund.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
The refund is returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once the refund is issued, the associated subscription is cancelled and the account reverts to the free tier.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the active billing period continues until its end date.

5. Paddle as Merchant of Record

rankd is a digital subscription service operated by voiddo. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Refunds are technically processed by Paddle. In some cases, Paddle may contact you directly regarding your refund. For more information, see Paddle's buyer terms.
